He was particularly sensitive when our one dog had a nasty virus by checking in periodically and again supportive and caring when we had to euthanize our elderly dog. My pup has a condition that requires surgery, and she has listened to all of my concerns, and even when I suggested treatment options, she not only listened but even agreed with my ideas. It’s above and beyond that any medical professional listens to treatment options anymore and she deserves the praise she gets.“
