McPharlin Music School was recommended to me by one of my friends and it was one of the best decisions I made! I was able to relearn the basics of playing the violin with Sean Garee and it helped me so much during the school year when I participated in concert and pit band. I highly recommend coming to McPharlin Music School and if you don’t live in the area, some teachers are willing to do sessions virtually :D
One of my children takes guitar lessons with Shelley and one takes viola lessons with Sean, and both have had a wonderful experience! Both teachers are very supportive of helping their students reach their personal goals in learning a stringed instrument and are very encouraging. The lesson space is welcoming, and the teachers make learning fun.
Some of the nicest and most talented people I know teach string instruments here. They have unbelievable patients. Whether you are a young or an older student great place to learn your instrument.
