“We were in need of a new air conditioning unit so we called a couple of places to come out and give us an estimate. We picked Motta we were happy of how they explained and were very friendly the owner came out to give us are estimate. They came out to install but we had a bee nest in the ground so we called an pest control who came out and removed it. The next day Motta came back to install our new air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend Motta very good company!“

“This review is a bit overdue. I bought a home with central air but the seller did not disclose that the air conditioner didn't work. This was a tough lesson to learn during a very hot Pa. summer. Five hvac companies came to my house the same day. Their estimates ran from $5000-$7000+ for a new ac unit. Mailer was the ONLY one of the five that actually looked inside the unit to find that a burned wire was the problem. They had it repaired in less than an hour saved me a lot of money for this summer.“

“I moved into my Grandmothers home after she passed away. She always used Harold Zeigler for all of her heating and cooling needs. I understand why. I wanted my furnace serviced and cleaned, And I had a consistent problem with the pilot going out. Lucas showed up earlier than expected, which was a good thing. Lucas was very kind, professional and courteous. I explained what I wanted done and the problem I was having. He got right to work. He explained everything to me in detail. He showed me the thermocouple that had a hole in it and he replaced it. “Let me set the scene. It’s been hot and humid for several days, and then the AC goes out! I start to look for someone to help me, and Tim calls me back AFTER HOURS. Technician Derek shows up early the next morning, and fixes it quickly and inexpensively, and patiently helps me understand the issues. What a relief!
