I just cannot say enough good things about Bridges! On my last visit I saw that they added several choices of mushroom extract in the lobby. I also met the new guy, Chris. Good vibes from him so make a Saturday appointment or one of the usual suspects Zach (Tyler) or CC (Laura). That'll get 'em thinking! I've got nicknames for almost everyone. The question is: Who is Courtney?
Head on down to Bridges and ask while you're there and pickup some Dit Da Jow or White Flower Extract for those achy knees.
I have been coming here for nearly 3 months for acupuncture to help heal my achilles ... working mostly with Laura (but a few sessions with Tyler as well). I knew from my initial visit that this was the place to be for my healing journey. Laura and Tyler listen as I share progress, updates from my chiro visits that I am doing in tandem with acupuncture, and are eager to answer my questions or address thoughts I have. They and their practice have been a huge benefit to my healing ... and I plan to continue with them so I can keep making progress and slowly get back to running/racing this summer.
