To backtrack, I ‘ve suffered several strokes during the years and possibly have unspecified neurological condition. All three eventually told me that they could not help me. When I came Total Performance, Dr. Vasey truthfully told that she could improve my condition albeit it would not lead to perfection. She exceeded my expectations. I used a cane for years due to muscular weakness. She very patiently kneaded problem muscle groupings have resulted in a very marked difference, my cane collection has far lesser use. Kudos to Dr Caitlin!!“

I had tried every yo-yo diet possible to lose weight and I would lose the weight then gain it back plus more. I was hesitant to do personal training because of everything I tried, but I took the leap and decided to start with him and so glad I did. He taught me so much and his program wasn’t hard to follow. This was the best and only program that worked for me and changed a lot of my healthy ways. I started out at 215lbs and felt horrible. I dropped down to 163 and couldn’t have been happier. While some updating to the gym is needed, I will give 5 stars to the trainers especially Konrad and Michael B. Konrad is a great trainer. He strives to understand the client's needs and guide accordingly. Super pleasant and fun. He directed my warm-ups and stretches.
My fitness trainer is Michael B. He is awesome and directs my workouts to fit my specific to my needs. Great conversationalist and pleasant personality. I am always excited when my workout days with him come around. Michael is gradually making me stronger and leaner while we have loads of laughter :)
