“Ian came out today, February 23,2024. Ian was able to work around my schedule which I greatly appreciate. He took care of all the boxes on the outside, replenishing with bait food. He then checked the inside traps and still no mice!!!I was pleasantly surprised to see Kris again. He came to check the mice traps. Lo and behold I had a dead mouse which he promptly disposed of. Kris is a great guy. He is honest, trustworthy, knows his job inside and out. Kris has been doing t his job for quite a few years. He is a great rep for Greenix. Kris explains what he is doing and why. When a question came up, he checked in with his supervisor to make sure he was giving me the correct information. As before, Kris is very friendly. He even asked me how my ant problem was and remembered that I was a retired teacher. You can’t go wrong if he is your tech.I once again had to contact Greenix but not for ants. I discovered mice. Bartholomy was the tech that came out for today’s initial visit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bartholomy inspected the entire house and showed me areas that were problematic. I was impressed with his suggestions and relieved that the problem was not all over. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Bartholomy answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also explained what would happen on the next visit, which is next week.I contacted this company due to an ant infestation. Kris was assigned to the job. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. I haven’t used an exterminator in years, but having done research the prices seemed reasonable. I was very impressed. I also like that this company uses eco friendly measures to resolve infestations. Thats very important to me. I had tried 2 other eco friendly companies but no one got back to me. Greenix contacted me immediately. I liked that. “Liam and his team were amazing. One of the best contractors we've ever worked with. They came out the same day to deal with squirrels and raccoons that had found their way into our roof. He clearly laid out a step by step plan of how they were going to solve the problem and prevent it from happening again. Over a period of a couple weeks they came out to remove animals they had trapped and repair the entry points where they were getting in. At every step of the way Liam communicated very clearly what he was going to do. He followed through with everything he said he would and the quality of the work was great. I highly recommend them!“

“Today is 8-22-23: Our Ehrlich technician is Simon McI, and for many years we have had the pleasure of his service taking care of our home. Simon is extremely knowledgeable in the pest control and removal business. He has kept our basement free of mice for many years. Simon knows “every” bug by name and their behavior. He is amazing!! We had termites a long time ago, and they have never returned. For many years, we had a carpenter bee invasion. Ever since Simon has treated our property for them we rarely are bothered. Although each May we see one, maybe two, but then we call Simon right away and he eliminates them and they do not return the rest of the summer. During this 2023 summer, we saw these teeny, tiny, black bugs for the very first time. They looked like ants. So, we called Simon and he knew right away that they were “springtails.” We never encountered them before. He said it was because we had so much rain this season. Guess what, he treated them and they are gone! Enough about bugs -- Simon is also very polite, pleasant, and personable and truly cares about his customers.
