Michael Sullivan discovered a major issue in the crawl space of our home and took immediate steps to begin the repair work. Without him I can’t imagine how much worse things would be.
The crew he sent under the guidance of Tony spent two days completing the new ductwork installation was professional and respectful. I would be happy to recommend Lowry Services to anyone needing work like this.
Kyle was very professional regarding the three services I asked him to address. He explained everything clearly, told us how long it would take, and was upfront when he said he would need to order a part and come back. The end price was exactly what I quoted and there were no surprises. On the personal side, he was very friendly and even paid some attention to my curious dog.
As a follow up, he returned with the part he had to order on the day he promised and on time to boot. I will ask for Kyle again when our next plumbing need arises.
