“I recently had my computer updated from a 1TB to 2 TB HardDrive. I had provided a new WD HD drive purchased at Best Buy which turned out to be defective. Chuck, at Complete Computer Services was able to provide a new WD HD which he commented might be noisier than my old Seagate HD. I picked up the computer and had to agree that the WD drive was much loader (as would have been the Best Buy HD). Chuck was very accommodating and said to bring the computer back and he would special order a Seagate HD to insure that I was happy. The new drive was installed at no extra cost as he refused to charge me for the additional cost of the Seagate HD or his repeat setup time. I can't say enough about Chuck in that he was very professional, customer focused and offered a very quick turnaround time. I'll be back to Complete Computer Services for any future computer repair needs.“
