We are fairly new to the area and wanted some electrical work completed at our home. We contacted five electrical companies, some of which promised a return call to arrange an appointment and did not follow through while others scheduled service calls then failed to arrive or even call to reschedule.This type of response is unreasonable and unacceptable for businesses that advertise prompt service and availability.Eventually we discovered Swam Electric's website, called and made contact right away.
