Keith installed our mini split four years ago. Back then everything was very professional, even though our brick proved to be more impenetrable then they expected. We lost our remote the first summer and they helped us out until we found it because it was Covid year and no one could get them shipped in. And this weekend for the first time we needed our unit serviced. They responded immediately, came out as soon as they could, and took care of the problem. They stand by their products and their work. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely continue to use them.

I can’t say enough positive things about Strive Heating & Cooling. They went out of their way to accommodate us during a very busy time. Once our problem was identified, they were able to perform the repair's $3000.00 cheaper than what the other company had quoted.
