Glad we went with Strive when our ancient AC system died. My boyfriend spoke to a lot of different companies, did a lot of research and even had a few out to our house to give estimates. After speaking with Keith Jr on the phone and asking a LOT of technical questions, he was really impressed and wanted them to do the work. An estimate was quick and easy over the phone and email pics. Unfortunately our old AC system died at the start of a horrible heat wave because our house is possessed and hates us. I called today in desperate need of my central air unit being fixed. They were the only company to pick up the phone & also came out today on such short notice with my work schedule. I highly recommend using this company. Speaking with Keith Jr, Aubree, & Keith senior came out. All were very helpful and knowledgeable. it was nice having a company come out that wasn't there just to make a sale. I will eventually need to replace my whole system and will definitely be calling them back to do that. AC tune-up is done and have a peace of mind on an issue that was going on as well. They were reliable & affordable
