I had an issue with my AC and reached out. From the start, the experience was great. The technicians arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable and straightforward in explaining the situation. It turns out I need a new unit Ac which I figured since it was original to the house, they were honest and clear about my options without trying to upsell me. Their professionalism and expertise made a tough situation easier to handle.

Ron was great to work with, very knowledgeable and offered several ideas to consider. The 4 man crew was right on time and started right away. They were friendly and professional and very informative. The hvac system and water heater install took 6 hours and cleanup was such you wouldn’t know anything was done expect seeing the new units! I can highly recommended Sigeman Force Air of Hanover and would use them in the future if needed.
