We gave this wonderful business absolutely no lead time at all to get a large bundle of balloons out the door and delivered. The balloons were absolutely outstanding. The delivery went off without a hitch. These folks are absolutely deserving of the five stars.
Absolutely astounding customer service. After receiving news of a death in the family in Pennsylvania as I'm in Florida I wanted to send family members something nice to let them know I'm thinking of them . Heather was great. She assisted me with everything from choosing the right bouquet as well as the right words to convey my feelings in the card. They prepare the bouquet promptly and immediately deliver them.
They were excellent at Shearer’s! Gave me two awesome flowers for my mom’s birthday and when I got in my car, it wouldn’t start and then the alarms went off. They stopped so I went to get out of the car and they started back up again. One of the ladies that works there came out and was like is everything okay? I told her what was going on and the car wouldn’t start. Then the next time I tried, it started 😄 thank you for the good luck!
