June of 2022. Referred by another practice. Had to have surgery. Had Dr Victoria though he was not the Dr my GP suggested. I wanted this issue resolved so was not waiting for a specific doctor. Excellent care at MV pre op, at the hospital by Dr Victoria and post op back at MV with Dr Victoria and office staff! I had a very long wait at the post op appt for Dr Victoria but I overheard an emergency situation going on with a pregnant woman. He handled that amazing from what i could tell and the staff kept me informed of the extended wait time and checked if I needed anything etc...yeah it stunk waiting 40 min plus for a 10 min post op check, but things happen. I went with my granddaughter for her 1st visit when it was confirmed she is pregnant. The staff was so welcoming and kind to a young mother and with me a worried granny! I and my granddaughter left feeling very comfortable about the next couple of months for her!

I've been hopping around various offices for the last couple of years, looking for a place I really liked. I was never able to go to Mountain View due to insurance but we finally got an insurance they take, so in I went.The office took me back early, and didn't even keep me waiting for the triage stuff (height, weight, BP). Brittney was thorough in asking about my medical history.Dr. Nickelsen was fantastic. She also was prompt and extremely personable. I was instantly at ease with her.
