Was experiencing critical engine issues, was diagnosed quickly and thoroughly. Provided me complete written diagnosis with pictures as well as verbal communication and education regarding options. Mike (both) were transparent and informative to me regarding procedures, and flexible Loan options. Directed facility to do a completed engine swap and worked with Mike and the lending dept to facilitate a very timely and thorough engine swap. Was provided with a loaner for FREE. I would have no problem driving almost an hour to patronize this facility for my vehicle needs. Thank you for all the great work!
