I had a new client appointment today, and had a wonderful experience! From the front of office to my provider, Shelby, everyone was caring and kind. They were patient with my questions and offered plenty of feedback and solutions. Each member of the staff was personable and warm. In a time where finding a good practice can be a challenge, this was a refreshing change. I'm glad to have found them and am looking forward to developing a primary care relationship with them!

Every person working at this location, from staff to medical professionals, are kind, compassionate and genuinely caring. My personal experience with my primary caregiver is something I have never experienced in all my 67 years. Shelby is the first medical professional who actually listened to me and heard me. I have complete confidence in her abilities and her care. Having had bad experiences with primary caregivers in the past, I couldn't be happier having found her and the whole staff at Hanover Family Medical.

Very professional (yet personable) and knowledgeable staff, whose primary goal is to help you be or stay healthy and well. Always impressed with receptionists, who are so organized & knowledgeable regarding paperwork and insurance procedures. Shelby Bare always listens intently and is very thorough in her examinations and diagnosis. Most time ever spent waiting for appointment has been 10 minutes! Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the care I receive from HFP. Would highly recommend them!
