Our sales rep was Bill, and he was knowledgeable, listened to all of our questions, and showed us flooring that matched our needs and desires. We also received a ten cent per square foot discount for paying cash/check. I had shopped the big box supply houses and neither of their prices came close to East Coast Floors, and customer service at East Coast is the best!

The guys at East Coast Flooring were fantastic to work with to help us pick out our new floor for our bathroom renovation. We visited the store numerous times because I was so undecided on what I wanted and had wild Pinterest dreams. However I became reasonable and picked out beautiful flooring that I can’t wait to install and see our kids reaction to their new bathroom. I can’t wait to come back again for my laundry room and kitchen renovation. Thank you for everything! You guys are fantastic and we will definitely be recommending to our family and friends.

Customer service is amazing, we have used them twice in the last few years and they make the whole buying process painless. Cant find enough good things to say about them. Highly recommend using them for your flooring needs. The product has also survived 3 kids and a dog. Great quality and affordable!
