SERVPRO of Hanover Township/Bear Creek Damage Restoration

“Excellent service! After a fire in my home I called Servpro. Faith answered all my questions. She was patient and calming and helped me through all my stress. Nelson came to my house the very next day even though it was a weekend, he spent hours with us mapping out the damage and developing the plan. The next day, Tyler and his crew spent all day, removing all the damage and itemizing everything for the insurance company. Then they spent almost 2 weeks meticulously cleaning the entire home.
Everyone was very caring and professional.“

Blue Collar Restoration Services LLC Damage Restoration

“I entered into contract with Blue-collar llc., to perform window replacement upgrades to my home in which became a major difficulty ending in dissatisfaction. A representative came to my home on three separate occasions to discuss and finalize details of window replacements. I requested detailed information on the dimensions, materials and basic plan structure to complete this project regarding main picture windows in my living room, formal dining room and sunroom. I was not given basic information in which would be reasonable for most any homeowner to request. The windows I requested were not even close to my original window structures per the representatives verbal descriptions and he repeatedly refused to provide any documentation showing the configuration of the windows. I found this behavior to be very concerning. My repeated requests for basic information continued on for over three weeks with no resolution. The representative came to my home on the third visit requesting an increase in funds to perform the aspects of the previous written contract. I found this to be further concerning and alarming, although I agreed to the representatives request for the increase in contract amount. Within five days afterwards the representative contacted me to inform that they were not going to honor the contract and were backing out of their written contract. I requested an explanation of this notification and the representative conveyed that they have the right to do that without my consent nor agreement. I asked to speak with the owner of Blue-collar llc., and the representative told me that he doesn't speak with the customers. I was completely perplexed by this deplorable response and neglectful attitude toward me. I was stunned. I originally put money down on the contract and entered into a loan to secure the restorative work and was treated with devalue and lack of concern. Update, three months later. The representative and business owner made contact with me and offered to resolve the difficulty. The windows needed to be separate window units and made to exactly the dimensions of the current windows for proper fitment and appearance. Once installed to reasonable satisfaction I will further update this review in fairness. Update. Upon further communication with the owner, and verification of size requirements of the windows, the windows were made and delivered in about eight weeks afterwards. Installation had begun shortly thereafter. The project included full sunroom windows that involved some modifications for fitment. The sizes of the windows after ensuring their dimensions for custom fitment did turn out with exceptional results. I had been persistent with specifics for the right look of the windows and for proper appearance. The representative had differing views points on the types of windows to make from my requests. In as much, the difficulty there in lies the dilemma. Due to the enormous size of the picture windows, custom sizes needed to be made for proper appearance. Smaller windows could not be fitted and look correct for that application, as it would have diminished the appearance of the house. Once these issues were addressed and negotiated the process went well and the finished results were exceptional and of great quality workmanship. I do believe the representative needs to more carefully listen to the customer, be more open to their concerns, needs and preferences. This home is unique and thus required more attention to details for proper appearance and fitments, which the finished product did deliver exceptional results.“
