I was recommended to Aloha by a friend and I am so happy with the service my kitties have been provided with. All of the staff I have interacted with have been so kind, patient and helpful. Dr. Freese explains things in a way that makes it easier to understand and always offers extra time for more questions and concerns, I appreciate that so much. I have cried twice during appointments with my one cat Sunny, and I am always met with such compassion and empathy, that means the world to me. They have treated me and my kitties so well and I will continue to recommend Aloha to others inquiring about veterinary services.
Good service, but no call back or instructions on meal plan for my dog. Also had to ask for blood work results afterwards. (Edit from 3 star...just a misunderstanding with the blood work)
Dr Freese and his staff are some of the most compassionate and caring people. They were there during one of the worst days of my life, giving me all of the time and information I needed. Never once rushed me or made me feel bad when I was overwhelmed and broken. I'm grateful they were there and took care of my girl on her last day.
