Service was on time, done in a timely manor, and the service tech was great! Although a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for. Quality service, and top notch work. I would definitely use them again.
Allison's is my go to plumber. They are knowledgeable, stand by there work and products they install. And will work with you to get issues resolved. We had a tankless hot water heater installed by Allison's two years ago. The unit has a 7 year warranty covering all parts except for labor, and of course our system decided to act up, Allison's worked to resolve the issue, and after several parts were replaced and the unit still did not produce hot water. Allison's worked with the manufacturer to get to the root cause even though the unit was not throwing any error codes.
