This is one of the worst property management companies to deal with. They will tell you to bundle up if the heat isn’t working in your unit. They will tell you one thing and do something else. I was told the property was professionally cleaned only to find dead mice in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, brown liquid dripping from the cabinets and mold on them as well. Then when I moved out they did not refund my security deposit stating several lies like I never returned a key when it was left at the unit as requested by Carolyn. Had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience renting through “Danny”. I would never recommend-terrible service, very sneaky, very ignorant, the list goes on.I even had detectives at my door when I first started renting (3 years ago) wanting my testimony because the place was rented out by someone who was not a licensed agent.

Property management group would tells us one thing and then do another. When we lived in one of their rentals, my boyfriend had switched jobs to make better money and we called the office and asked to pay our rent 2 weeks late and we were told it wouldn’t be a problem and then 2 days before we were supposed to make the rent payment they had court papers served. After over a year of living there we decided to move out because they wanted us to sign another lease, even though we were told when we moved in that it was a one year lease then month to month.
