The service was absolutely top tier. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made the entire process smooth and relaxing. I had such a a great experience at Charlie Lux. I got Ombre Brows done by Bri and they are flawless. I was super nervous but my aesthetician made me so comfortable by talking me through the entire process, being as gentle as possible during the procedure, preparing a peaceful clean environment, and just having a comforting energy. I had so many questions when I showed up. She answered each one with patience and grace.
