There is no better place I have found than Katie’s. They are polite, professional and expert nail technicians. I will not go anywhere else
Cleanliness: Everything is clean and the metal instruments are autoclaved for sterility
Friendly environment. I took my daughter in with me and requested a kids manicure for her. The girl came over and asked if I wanted the manicure or just her nails painted and explained the difference. The lady who did my nails was very patient as I was having trouble picking a color. They were patient with my very active daughter too! The massage chairs in the waiting area are a plus!
I took my step daughter to get her nails done for homecoming Saturday. I called to make the early appointment last week and upon arrival they were ready for her and instantly had her seated. They always do a great job shaping and confirming what you want done. Also, I appreciate that prior to starting they confirmed with me what they were doing to her nails. In the front waiting room they have massage chairs which is definitely a highlight when waiting for someone. The place is always clean, staff is friendly, and friendly!
