The crew just left our house, and everything is in good shape. however, if I hadn't been home the roof would not have been done correctly. We have several side walls that abut the roof. The proper installation was to remove the siding and put ice guard about one foot high on the side walls and reinstall the siding. The crew tried to slide the ice guard under the j channel and then shingle the house. When I pointed this out to Liberty's on-site supervisor he tried to justify the installation, even though he and the crew lead had told me the siding would be removed and ice guard installed.
