The staff is wonderful and helpful, always on top of things. Dr. Perkins is very helpful and explains everything in full detail. They provide timely service, accommodating pet owners' needs and concerns with patience and care. Services include wellness exams, surgery, laser therapy, x-ray, and more. The hospital is clean, organized, and welcoming, with friendly staff who make pet owners feel at ease. They are open six days a week and highly recommended by satisfied clients. Dr. Perkins and his staff showed kindness when saying goodbye to a sweet boy. The veterinarian and the staff treated a new puppy like a baby, administering medication and information.
I have 5 shelties and one cat and my pets have been patients at Whispering Pines for several years. I appreciate the prompt and excellent care for all my girls. When I call with a problem, I have usually been scheduled same day or next day. I have worked mostly with Dr. Heidi Burry and less frequently with Dr. Ruth Laufer, but am very confident in both veterinarians. The doctors take time with office visits and answer any questions thoroughly. All surgeries have been well done with no complications. I think the fees are reasonable. The staff is pleasant , helpful, and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have Whispering Pines here in Grove City.
The staff is wonderful an helpful. Sam a Lindsey are always on top of things. Dr Perkins is very helpful an explains everything in full detail. My dog is allergic to literally everything in the outdoors plus chicken an for months his old vet would only put him on steroids. Dr Perkins took the time to figure out what exactly he was allergic to. Anytime there’s an issue he finds a solution an returns calls in a timely manner. I highly recommend sending anyone to this office. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, Dr Perkins especially. So Harry was a new puppy, and we hadn't had him long yet. We wake up to a very sick puppy!! Whispering Pines was ready to see him ! The veterinarian and the staff treated him like a baby, and administered medication and information, and we took a very healthy and happy "little boy" home!
