In March, my car broke down, and I spent thousands of dollars on repairs at another shop. Less than a month later, my car refused to start again, so I got it towed to Whetzel's. They checked in regarding the prices and repairs before and after service and were endlessly helpful. Came to town for work / family visit, all the way from NYC, which took about 8 hours, some of which was in the rain through a fair amount of road work. As we got closer to the area, I started to feel what I can only describe as a shift in the front wheels when I hit a bump and occasionally when I made a turn.
