In March, my car broke down, and I spent thousands of dollars on repairs at another shop. Less than a month later, my car refused to start again, so I got it towed to Whetzel's. They checked in regarding the prices and repairs before and after service and were endlessly helpful. One of the team members took nearly 20 minutes out of his busy day to answer some questions and concerns I had about my car.

Came to town for work / family visit, all the way from NYC, which took about 8 hours, some of which was in the rain through a fair amount of road work. As we got closer to the area, I started to feel what I can only describe as a shift in the front wheels when I hit a bump and occasionally when I made a turn. I had also heard a clicking sound maybe 6 or 7 times in over the last week or so when making a left turn.
