The service folks were friendly and courteous. They checked the items on the car I requested and then let me know what the issue is and how much it will cost to fix it. They also recommend any other services that may be coming up. Very clean lounge area and restrooms.

28 October 2024 - Service Department (Honda recall work). Honestly, the most impressive vehicle service department that I have ever experienced in 40 years of buying vehicles. I purchased my Ridgeline from Smail, never intending to have service work done there (closer Honda dealers around home). When it came to scheduling 2 recall repairs, I looked at the reviews. I decided to go with Smail due to their way better satisfaction rating. Glad that I did. They were extremely efficient in getting my truck queued inside, and getting me seated in a very comfortable waiting room. There guesstimate of 3 hours was correct... actually, a little better.
