Our home building experience has been outstanding so far. Justin Kiser and Staci Nicholson in the Greensburg Office, are super responsive to all our questions and have made the buying process smooth, friendly, and fun. Even when last minute we changed the model we wanted to build!!! As soon as we can get Salem Township to approve our plans the building will begin. We can hardly wait to break ground!!

I built a house with Schumacher Homes and hit the lottery with having Kevin Rubright as our Project Manager/Builder. From when we met him on our lot walk he was extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely good guy. He kept us updated on a weekly basis throughout the duration of our build, never missing a week. He would usually respond on his days off as well, which we did not expect. Anything, no matter how small that came up during the build (issue, question, clarification, etc) he was on it immediately. We were very impressed from the beginning meeting with our salesman Jim and going to the design center where they showed us many different models and options and were never pushy or made us feel that any of the questions we had were not valid. We loved the opportunity to physically see the options we were selecting. Lyn and Stacy were very helpful with all the paperwork, change orders and getting the contracts set up. Once we broke ground we were so impressed with Kevin Rubright and how he kept the production moving and always did a great job of updating us weekly as well as addressing any concerns we had.
