“I was super nervous about leaving Zera anywhere, be it for day play or boarding. She suffers from intense separation anxiety, but is still well behaved for any caretakers, like groomers or my parents. I worried about leaving her for extended periods of time.That fear literally evaporated when visiting Dogtopia in Greensburg. Every last employee loves these dogs as if they are their own, they remember names, behaviors, who you dog buddies up to, EVERYTHING. It’s more than a job, it’s their passion, and it absolutely shows. All of their precautions and procedures are tailored to ensure maximum safety and care for your pup. Plus, if you have your own touch of separation anxiety, you can use the app to log into their camera system and watch you babies play with others! “I cannot speak highly enough about the accommodations and staff at Meow Manor. I have a special needs cat who can be somewhat challenging with her food and medical requirements, but the staff at Meow Manor took those high-maintenance instructions in stride and exceeded all of my expectations for her care. She came home as a healthy, HAPPY cat—literally never thought that would be possible away from my side!! Seriously, she was thrilled to be there. Nikki did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on all mealtime/litter box activities so I felt “in the loop” and could enjoy my first vacation away from them.If you are reading this review, it means you are doing your research on boarding places…believe me when I say THIS IS THE BEST ONE OUT THERE. I spent months looking and I would trust no other place with my cats. The facility is kept to a comfortable temperature at all times, there are plenty of perches/cozy spots in each room, and your kitty is guaranteed lots of daily interaction. Take a tour and talk to the staff—you will not be disappointed! “We had 3 sessions with Penny for our fearful dog Jax. She gave us many exercises and tools to practice with him in order to build his confidence and reduce his exposure and reaction to triggers. Jax's issues are too wide-ranging to fully "fix" in just a couple of sessions, but with the tools we received and the behavioral medication we plan to start with our vet, I feel we are better prepared to continue the extensive work he needs to feel safe and stable.“
