I was here for a week and had a great experience. The gym offers a wide variety of equipment, all very clean and well-maintained. The crowd was respectful, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
Have been attending for almost 3 years now and have been very satisfied. I love the classes and almost all of the instructors- the classes are the reason I’ve been a member for years and will continue to be! The facility is relatively well maintained, particularly the bathrooms are always clean. Many different demographics attend (age, etc) so all should feel welcome.
I only wish there was a bathroom on the 2nd floor where all of the cardio equipment and fitness rooms are, but obviously they can’t change that now.
Came in for a visit and Dave was kind enough to hook me up with a bit longer than a 3 day guest pass. Facility is great. Everything you'd need a serious lifter but also as a lifestyle enthusiast. A+
