He was available via phone call and text any time we had questions, needed to send him info, etc. The viewing and funeral service were very professional while still having a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for my family members. They had everything set up so beautifully at the cemetery as well. We also had a similar positive experience with them with the passing of another family member last year.
