Joshua came to my home today and was quick to figure out the problem as to why my central air was not working. He fixed the problem and my house is nice and cool again. I can't say enough good things about him and will definitely be using this company in the future. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that should have been caught by the previous repair man, who charged me for doing absolutely nothing.

My technician Tristan was awesome, he explained things where I understood, he did exactly what he said he would do and a very trustworthy person as far as not trying to sell a job. I would recommend fire and ice for your heating and air need .

Tristin was the tech for my appointment and he did an excellent job. Diagnosed my issue in minutes and had my A/C running quickly. Had a 2-5pm appointment window and the tech was there before 2:30pm, very timely. Will call again for any future issues
