This is the most horrible place I've been calling this office for a week and nobody answers the phones I've left numerous messages on every option they have and still nothing ... I've been going here for years and it's always been like this ... I've watched ppl walk in there and complained to them that they have been out of meds for days and nobody wants to answer the phones to fill the meds... my opinion they just want u to die...

I have never written a review or felt the need to write a review until having experience with this practice. I have tried to call and make several appointments with this place, I always get an answering machine and never get a call back. I have left several messages with no call back. I understand how busy a specialty office can be & understand I may not get an answer right away. However, have been calling them for 2 weeks and have not gotten a call back. I would not and will not suggest this practice to anybody. If anything I will be telling people in search of a neurologist to definitely steer clear of this practice. 10/10 would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely awful. Screwed up even my basic information so I had to get all new scripts for tests. Was told my Dr left, then heard he didn't. MRI found something serious and Dr never called to discuss. Left msgs and never got a call. Found someone else. You should too.
