We have been going to Franklin since 2016. They are incredibly professional but also pragmatic and practical (being that we are in a rural area.) They were so unbelievably kind when I had to say goodbye to my dog of 17 years. From techs, to vets, to reception staff, just a great group of folks.
I have been using this veterinary practice since 2015 for my Aussies , Staloney and Remington (Remi) This year We lost our eldest Son and my companions helped fill that void , just one and a half later my youngest companion Remi , went down he was sick and his condition grew worse by the hour this all started on a Friday evening and there was no place that would take him . First thing Monday morning we got Remi to Franklin Veterinary to see Doc Martin . Had it not been for his swift thinking ! I love this vet office so much, my family has been using them sense I was a child and I've carried them over to my own home, they are so kind and gentle with our pets, we have special needs dogs and Dr. Kline is so patient with them. 10/10 Vet office!!
