Alex was amazing and patient while working on our heater. He gave updates and further steps on how to not have the issue happen again. I will DEF be using them again!Service: HVAC system maintenance
We had Green Lane install a European style ac system in our basement in 2012. After 8 years, the system was no longer cooling. Dan came out promptly and assessed the problem but then never returned to do the repair. I called repeatedly to inquire about the status of the parts order. Each time I called, he insisted that he had called me to update me and left a message; however, in 2 months I only received one call from him. My last 3 calls to him went unanswered and despite leaving messages, he never called me back. I absolutely would NOT recommend Green Lane.Service: Install AC
