“Started having problems with our Ecoflow Septic system and called the manufacturer who gave me Walters as authorized reps. I spoke with a Walters rep who suggested I reach back out to the manufacturer because I was probably covered under warranty (relatively new system) and could save some money. The next morning we had Sam from Walters come out to service the alarm. It was a quick fix and no charge thanks to Walters' suggestion. Every Walters rep was polite, professional, and friendly. They definitely have our business from here out!“
