Great staff! They are so kind & very knowledgeable. The facility has a lot of upgrades, like ultrasounds. We had some traumatic issues & empathy was abundant with each staff member.
They were willing to come out to our car to check out our furbaby so we didn't have to go into the facility.
Only thing which is a non starter, are higher prices. Wish they were lower, but thats how it goes.
We came here for a dual perianal hernia repair, prolapse, and a cryptorchid castration. We had a appointment 1 week away, however the day after we scheduled the appointment things turned for the worse. Within 15 minutes they called a non-emergent patient and asked them if we could have their spot. They agreed. They fit him in and said it would be 2 surgeries instead of 1 longer procedure. Instead a nurse volunteered to stay after hours with the surgery team to complete his surgery in one go. The upmost respectful staff. They treated us with nothing but kindness and compassion for having to let our cat down. From the time we walked in to the time we received the ashes. This will always be my vet!
