Hmmm? Now what does a customer do to have the warranty honored by the contractor whom we put good faith in when paying and signing the contact up holding our end….
Contract was for polyurethane leveling of a garage floor. On 3 seperate occasions, a worker arrived at our house, messed with the equipment for 3-4 hours then stated something was broken or defective and he was unable to perform any work. On 2 other occasions they cancelled the day before or the morning of. The senior superintendent refuses to return any of my calls. I last spoke with a representative 2+ weeks ago who stated the equipment had been repaired and they wanted to "test it", make sure everything worked, then schedule a day to complete the project. He has since stopped answering my calls/voice-mails. In reading reviews on bbb.com, I found several others with the same complaints of unfinished projects. This company is unreliable and unprofessional.
