This was my first time going to SmileOn. It was a very pleasant experience from check in until I left. I had a bad experience at my last dentist and Dr. Thumanti listened to my concerns. He is a very caring and compassionate dentist. Getting my teeth cleaned was a breeze. It didn’t hurt at all. He also takes the time to explain things to you. Thank you to everyone at the office for your kindness, front desk and dental hygienists are all so friendly. I have definitely found my new dentist. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this office.
I am writing this review because I am sad to be leaving such a great dentist due to change of insurance. Dr. Thumati is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to in all of my 42 years. He really cares about his patients. I have really bad anxiety like most people do about going to the dentist. Dr. Thumati is like a therapist/dentist. Made me feel so at ease and even made sure to schedule my appts first thing in the morning so I didn’t have to think about it all day. And he actually worries about your treatment plan instead of trying to upsale you. Dr. Thumati impressed me with his skills while replacing two old crowns. He has a conservative approach to treatment plans, and he communicates clearly the reasoning behind the plan. I have utmost confidence in him and his staff and highly recommend him.
Finally, he and his staff are very welcoming and friendly.
