First time customer based off recommendation from a family member and I’ll say i have taken my dog to PetSmart grooming and his coat has never felt silkier than what Edna made him feel like. He is an Australian shepherd with high energy and she acting so kind and loving towards him. You can tell she loves her job. Thank you for making Oakley sparkle

Brutus and I both LOVE Edna. She is really great with the dogs and gives you good sound advice when it comes to what is best for your dog. I was going to get him shaved and she said she would do that but then they can get sunburn. I never once thought of that. Thanks for the good sound advice Edna. I was also able to get a DOG LICENSE there. I always had to send them in before. This was so much more convenient and cheaper, as well.

Edna is fantastic! I took both of my dogs to get their nails trimmed. She was patient and loving, even though one of my dogs is challenging. And amazingly, she was done within a few minutes. I was quite impressed.
