“They always handle my dog with care and have given me a great experience every time I've used them.“
“I have had an excellent experience taking both private and group lessons with Selena. She is attentive, positive and organized, and goes the extra mile for her clients. I have been able to achieve milestones with my dog that I didn't think were possible until I started working with Selena. She is also really connected to the dog community in Pittsburgh and can help you find other resources if needed. 10/10, sign up for a class and you won't regret it!“
“My high-energy pups had a fantastic time staying here for 3 nights. This was the first time for 2 of my pups to be away from us. We got regular updates both through instagram and direct texts from Julie. Thank you!“
“The folks at Pups Playhouse are amazing! We love the owners and the staff as they genuinely care about the dogs and pet parents. I have a 13 year old Dachshund who has horrible separation anxiety, but he loves going to day care every day!“
“I boarded my dog here for over a week while we were away and they took such great care of him! They even gave me a cute little report card when they sent him home telling me how he behaved/ate. The facility is clean and well cared for, plus they are attached to their veterinary hospital so it gives me peace of mind leaving my dog there.“
“I have been working with Matt for several months and I have to say his depth of understanding TWC training runs deep. Getting certified in something is one thing but truly understanding all the facets of the training and being able to teach it is something truly extraordinary. I find Ivan Balabanov's philosophy with dogs deep, intricate and genius. Matt has really a talent for capturing this genius work and is able to articulate the teachings to me in a way that I have constant light bulb moments. The relationship with my dog continues to grow in positive ways and our play is finally taking off. I can't wait for magic to really happen! But I know I will get there because I have Matt on my side helping me achieve my goals for my best friend and I.“
“Trousers has never looked so good!!! Reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Ruth is a true dog lover and it shows :)“
“We boarded our 10 yo terriers for the first time ever with 100% confidence. The staff is indeed Friendly and caring and receptive to our needs.“
“Excellent Kennel. We have been taking our fur babies there for years. We had a situation with our older dog once when they had to take him to the vet while we were away! They take great care of your pups.“
“Clean store, reasonable prices. Store logically laid out and easy to find. Parking during peak hours can be a pain if you don't plan ahead.“
“We love Wexford Animal Hospital. Both of our dogs are patients here. We switched to his vet after a negative experience at another vet, and have never looked back. They never try to oversell you, and treat your fur babies as if they’re their own. All of the docs are incredible so it’s really nice having the flexibility to see multiple doctors and get appointments faster when we need them, yet still know our dogs are in good hands.“
“Pet Palace is full of dog-loving staff! The staff pays attention and meets his needs each day he is at daycare. He has a big personality and loves going to daycare where he receives lots of love and attention.“
“So much fun practicing agility in a laid back atmosphere. Taylor was so helpful and encouraging. Can't wait to go back.“
“The general manager of this store, Luke Mikula, solved a major allergy problem in my beloved cat that two vet visits couldn't resolve. My cat was licking himself to death. He had developed many bald spots and sores. Luke with his vast knowledge of nutrition recommended a diet that worked. My cat isn't obsessively grooming any more and his hair is growing back. Before this I was a very infrequent customer of PETCO but now I'll do all or most of my shopping there. I also learned that veterinary medicine isn't that different than what is practiced in humans. They just keep pushing drugs for the most part. Unfortunate!“
“6 years, 3 different training facilities, CBD, and doggie Prozac with no results. We were so desperate to find help for our girl so we decided to stop in to Convergent and just have a conversation. Dog training is not “one size fits all” and this was the first time that a trainer listened to what we needed and built a program specifically for our dog. Chip did a free evaluation which consisted of him coming to my home to really get to know and understand my dog in her environment. One of the previous trainers we hired took $150 for an in home evaluation, told me to get a can of pet corrector and a prong collar for a dog with fear and anxiety. We made the decision to go all in and take a chance on Chip, Brittney and team and the results have been amazing! We have gone from a dog that would lunge at cars, bark at birds and leaves and anything that move, and lose her sh!t if we had to pass another dog to a calm, well behaved dog that stays at my hip with no pulling. She is still a work in progress and Chip continues to spend time with us outside of the facility. We even take trips to Home Depot and I got a compliment from a stranger about how well trained my dog was. Never in a million years would I have thought we could even step foot inside a store with my dog. Chip and team have given us a dog that we can now enjoy instead of keeping her locked up in the house. They also offered to work with my other dog that needs a few manner adjustments. You will not be disappointed with this team and you will see results because they care.“
