This is the kind of company I’d hoped to find…they take responsibility for the quality of a job and see it through, warm and friendly yet professional, felt like old friends coming over to help, they had our best interests in mind putting together a solution, worked to deliver the best possible outcome, responsive in communication, incredibly hard working, patient when answering questions. I cannot give them enough accolades. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
I’m writing this review not because May HVAC did a service for me but for the quality customer service I received from them. We’ve just bought a new home in Pensacola, Florida and received a gift of a home warranty. Our AC went out last night and we were erroneously given Mr. May’s number in Pittsburgh by the warranty company. It’s the weekend but Mr. May called me back within 5 minutes hoping he could help. Although he could have been annoyed that this warranty company has continuously given his number, he instead was so kind and nice and genuinely sorry he couldn’t send one of his sons to help us. It is always a great experience dealing with the May boys. They have been handling my heating and cooling projects for years. The quality of their work consistently exceeds my expectations.
