We have a yearly contract with White Heating for two visits per year. The previous review was for the heating system maintenance. This one is for the AC system maintenance. The technician Kevin was on time and checked both inside and outside units. He also installed a filter supplied by me. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His report had a lot of details such as average life expectancy and the condition of the unit which is very helpful from a planning perspective. Really appreciated his work.

They went above and beyond by also lifting my hot water heater and putting it on bricks to protect it from moisture that sometimes gathers in my basement.
