Kevin from Baker Services Inc. was professional and showed me everything he had to do when I had them here for my AC turn up for the summer through my home warranty. I did need a few small items that he took care on the spot and contacted my home warranty company when he was here so I didn't need to put through another request. Thank you!

I was having trouble with my spa/ hot tub. Baker came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it in such a timely manner. Kevin was wonderful and so was Marsha. You can really tell that they truly care about their clients and listen to their concerns. They have gained a new customer. I would not hesitate to call them about your pool or hot tub problem. I’ve been living at my house for 8 years and never had a problem with my air conditioner and furnace. When my AC stopped working during the hot days of September, I called Baker Sales & Service. I immediately got an appointment for Kevin to look at my unit. Kevin was very knowledgable and fixed the problem on the spot! Since I never had my furnace checked, he suggested I set another appointment. When Kevin came back he noticed gas leaking and suggested I get it fixed. I am grateful that my problems were able to be fixed and I didn’t need to replace my units. I appreciate Kevin’s expertise and honestly.
