Called for an estimate and there were on my roof in 24 hours and provided the estimate in writing. Scheduled and completed the roof installation within the next 4 days. Very responsive, quick turn around and very reasonably priced. Answered all my questions and responded quickly each time I reached out. Hired Smart Roofing about 5 years ago to reseal flat roof. They did a great job, always professional and on time. They took pictures before and after with my phone, as I requested, so i could see the work done. They showed me problem areas to be mindful of in the future. I called them last year with a little trouble with an ice jam, they came out, fixed the problem and saw some other damage I did not know of to some seals, took pics again with my phone to show me, and resealed those areas for me at no charge. Anyone I know who asks for a recommendation will always get Smart Roofing from me.

I was recommended to Smart Roofing by my daughter & it has been a great experience. Not only were they very helpful, they did excellent work & were always willing to come back when I had a small problem. There prices were reasonable & they either answered there phone the minute you called or called you back within a reasonable amount of time. Give them a call if you have a roofing problem. You will not be disappointed.
