Highly recommend. We had our patio covered with a roof. They did every step in a professional and timely manner. The quality of the work is very high, with attention to detail and quality materials throughout. The crew was fantastic and communication was thorough. This project will improve the way we use our home and spend time together as a family. We are so grateful to Franklin and team. Our only regret is that we didnt do it sooner!

First of all they are very responsive in all communications...which I found very refreshing. We had 4 windows replaced and enlarged.....plus a basement window. Frank and Fredy are a dream to work with....they definitely have decades of experience....so were able to do a quality job quickly and efficiently. The effort they go to to not make a mess...and clean up after them selves was sort of amazing.....creating little plastic rooms inside around the windows so dust would not creep into the rest of the room and house.....and then vacum after the job is done. My wife and I had a minor leak near one of our windows. We had another contractor come out to assess and attempt a fix, but they failed to do so. In an attempt to try a different contractor, I called E&I General Contracting, based on the great reviews here on Google. Franklin came out that day and assessed the leak. He was confident that he knew what the issue was which gave me confidence that I had chosen a better contractor for the job.
