Another great Slow Jams class tonight with Mandi. Mandi’s personality and positive energy make practicing with her very enjoyable. She is always encouraging and supportive. Her Slow Jams practice includes a variety of slow flow, hot and restorative for a nice well rounded workout. She is very good at mixing things up and introducing new poses. There is no better way to spend an early Thursday evening. Thank you Mandi.?? ?????

Did the “Restore” yoga this morning with Natalie and it was amazing. She knew how to read a room; when she started everyone in the class had previously laid down on our mat just relaxing before we start. Natalie could tell we were all just feeling the peacefulness, and she ended up doing slow yoga poses that were amazing! It matched the vibe in the room, and was one 1️⃣ d the most restorative classes I’ve had. We all left fully stretched out, but more importantly valuing the slowing down of a busy day ahead. Thank you, Natalie!!
