Vanessa Horne is truly the best of the best. This was my wife and I’s second time working with Vanessa and like our previous experience, we were beyond impressed with her knowledge, her professionalism, and her ability to make our house dreams a reality. As we all know, the housing market, especially in West Chester, PA is extremely competitive and very fast paced. Vanessa understood this and was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was also incredible. If we needed to put down a quick offer, Vanessa was literally able to get something out the door within the hour. She was instrumental to our ability to be competitive with other buyers and helped us not only sell our current house over asking, but quickly get us ready for the hunt and purchase of our new house. Venessa helped break down the complexities that are associated with selling and buying a house in a limited inventory and highly competitive market. Her delivery of information was straight forward, and she discussed the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward with every house we looked at. I cannot say enough good things about working with Vanessa. As a first-time homebuyer, Vanessa worked with us over the span of a year to find our home - she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, communicative, proactive and answered any and all questions that we had along the way! She has the experience to know what to look out for in a home and always made sure to point out the little things that other realtors easily look over.
