Happy with all services (haircut, MVP, and beard trim). Everyone friendly and patient, and I had a lot of hair. Only complaint is person cutting my hair was a smoker and it irritated my breathing just a bit. Nevertheless, I will likely be returning.
Jennifer has been cutting my hair for the last 25 years and never disappoints. With Jennifer cutting my hair, and the tools used for massage, with the whole sports theme going on will have me always coming back.
Checked in online during my lunch break for first available. Arrived 10 minutes before my time was due. Waited about 8 minutes and they took a person who was behind me on the list ( also 'First Available' ) because 'he was waiting there longer than me'. Why have the check-in list if you are not going to honor it. I only wait a few minutes longer than my scheduled time but not cool to take a person on the check in list ahead of the next person on the list.
