“I had never been here before, but I had a gift card and stopped in with my family one day to get some hair products. We didn't have any services done, just shopped the store. The whole main area is a store with hair products for men and women. They also had makeup, nail polish, and jewelry from a vendor for sale. The staff was so kind and courteous to us, answering questions about products and engaging with my kiddo. I expected the environment to be a little stiff, but it was warm and welcoming. The employees' interactions made me wish I was there for a service! On the way out the door, my daughter immediately asked when can we come back?“
